• Includes tracking and standard parcel insurance.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, ensuring your package can be traced every step of the way. Please note that shipping times are separate from our manufacturing timeframe, which is 20-25 working days depending on seasonal holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

📝 Steps to Follow:

• Securely pack the gear you wish to exchange.
• Include a note with your order number and specify that you’re opting for an exchange.
• Ship it to the return address mentioned above.

🌟 After We Receive Your Return:

Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your store credit, which can be used to gear up in true Saiyan strength. Please ensure that all items are unworn and in as-new condition. Allow up to 7 business days for processing after we have assessed the returned items.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind.
• Finding the product cheaper elsewhere.
• Disliking the product.

All exchanges must follow our exchange policy. The product must be returned as part of the exchange process, and a discount code will be issued for repurchase once the items have been received and assessed.

A replacement will only be issued if your item is faulty or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of the package by emailing hello@justsaiyan.co, informing us of the issue and requesting an exchange. We will confirm with the shipping information to validate this. Items must be unworn (trying them on is acceptable).
